Cheb Gero (aka Fabrice Géry) is a founder of the Akuphone record label. In an archaeology-like approach, Gero puts into the limelight the musicians unknown to the general public. His label Akuphone aims at linking these productions to their historical and political contexts, placing them back in the social and cultural conditions in which they emerged. Since 2017, Gero has been engaged into production of new artists, such as the duo Ko Shin Moon. He also currently hosts two radio shows: Decolonize Ur Mind on Lyl Radio and Radio Gero on Rinse France, as well as party events, such as the Belleville Habibi.

Jay Glass Dubs (Dimitris Papadatos) is a composer, musician and sound artist based in Athens, Greece. The main concern of his work is an apposition of disparate elements that assume a re-appropriation of historically applied methodologies while questioning forms of empowering them. His works have been presented in various international institutions and festivals, such as Documenta, Transmediale, the Athens Biennale, Fasma Festival, the Athens/Epidaure Festival, Cynetart Festival, etc. He has recorded broadcasts for stations, such as NTS Radio, Radar Radio, dublab and Resonance FM. His music is been featured in various radio shows including BBC Radio 3’s Late Junction, NTS Radio, WFMU, Rinse France, Resonance FM, Independent Music Podcast, Dublab and Tiny Mix Tapes’ Tabs Out Podcast to name a few. He is currently actively involved in running three projects: ΚU, The Hydra and Jay Glass Dubs. Papadatos is also a member of anòmia collective. The New New World (NNW) is an independent freeform internet radio station, broadcasting 24/7. NNW aims to introduce Russian performers into the global context and challenge the idea of anglocentrism in music.
Over the course of an eight-month operation, the project won the favor of Russian online media (The Village, Mixmag, etc.) and appeared on the pages of the iconic British magazine The Wire. Based in the premises of the Powerhouse club on Goncharnaya Street, the radio station has already hosted a dozen of parties at the club.
