This single is devoted entirely to Villa Zilveli, a house by Jean Welz that was built in 1933 for Athanase Zilveli. The house was erected on the slope of the Butte Bergeyre in Paris. Purposely designed by Jean Welz, the two large windows offer remarkable views: the one on the west façade offers a breathtaking view of Montmartre's Sacré-Coeur basilica, while the one on the south side gives a view of the full height of the Eiffel Tower. This unique heritage site has been abandoned for over a decade and is now empty of any occupants, causing concern among heritage conservationists.

Virginie Despentes even made it the imaginary squat of one of her characters in her novel Vernon Subutex. A safety regulation was issued by Paris City Hall in 2006. In June 2019, artist Jean-Paul Goude acquires the villa at auction for 2.2 million euros. In April 2021, faced with the impossibility of restoring the dilapidated building, Jean-Paul Goude announced his intention to demolish it and rebuild it identically. This record is in memory of the original building, which has now been destroyed.
